CSA Membership Policies

Deliveries: Delivery day and group are determined by your zip code at check out. Members delivery days may change after sign up to better accommodate the delivery schedule. You will be contacted if this is the case. Delivery times are subject to change, but usually run 9-4 each day. Our 2024 season will run March through December. Delivery is contactless for your convenience and to keep our deliveries on schedule.

Coolers and Cooler Bags: Our bags are not included in the price of your delivery. Please be sure to have a cooler, bag or basket large enough out for your delivery. If you forget once in a while, that’s ok. We will leave a bag to keep your produce fresh. We don’t want any of your goodies to go to waste. Please leave the bag out for collection on your next delivery. Members holding onto multiple bags: your delivery will be skipped and your bag donated to a family in need. No refund will be given. Your deliveries will resume once bags are returned or left out for collection.

Vacations: If you will be away during your delivery week please reach out to us the by the Sunday before your delivery. You can choose to donate your bag to a neighbor, a family in need or skip your delivery and payment for the week. Members will be allowed 3 skips during the 2024 season.

CSA Share Sizes: A CSA or Community Supported Agricultural program connects farmers to customers directly. Your membership allows us to plan our crops a head of time, buy seeds, fertilizer and improve infrastructure on the farm. It also allows us to share in the highs and lows of farming. Some weeks we will have lots of produce and your bags may be extra full. Some weeks we may be in between crops or have suffered a loss. We will do our best to make up for losses when our produce is plentiful once again.

Cancelations: You may cancel your membership anytime via your customer login on our website or by reaching out to us via email. Please note your membership may be filled by a new member for the remainder of the season.

Newsletters: We send out a weekly newsletter with important information. Please make sure your account is set to receive email marketing. Newsletters include: your delivery day and time, what’s in each bag, tasty recipes, farm updates and other important information about your membership.

Member Responsibilities: By joining, Members agree to:

  • Prepare for each weeks delivery by reading the newsletter, putting out a cooler or bag for delivery and returning left bags.

  • Communicate with the farm in the case of any skips, cancellations or any issues that may arise.

  • Keep payment methods up to date to prevent missed deliveries. payment methods, addresses and more can be changed in your customer account.

  • Enjoy your fresh local goodies!

Farm Responsibilities:

  • Provide our members the best in locally grown produce, pastured meats and artisan goodies.

  • Communicate with members any important information such as closures and delivery notices.

  • Educate our members and volunteers on locally grown produce and organic produce production methods.
